"Velocity is the best! If you're interested in martial arts at all, come in and check it out. You won't regret it! I came in with zero experience, but immediately felt comfortable and welcome. I've been doing cardio kickboxing for about a year and a half now and just started doing cardio mma. Even when I feel like I'm dying, I absolutely love it! This is definitely the most consistent I've ever been with exercise. That is greatly due to the energy that Damien brings to every class and the fantastic friends I've made here. I have been doing personal training with him for several months and have learned SO much. He's extremely versatile and is great at making adjustments to meet your needs/what you want to learn. He has so much good energy and pushes me to do my best every time. With personal training, I get to focus on the skills that I want, while continually learning new things. I am so much more confident than before. It's always exciting and fun! His regular classes are also great and you will get the best work out!
