"This is the first time I am writing a review about a Walmart. I don’t even know if anyone would care. Sam Walton is not around anymore. I went in to this store 5 times in one week and beginning from customer no service desk to all of the employees I had to deal with are under stress of some sort. They have an attitude like you are there to get them, or you are bothering them. I am a very pleasant person and I expect the same from the people who I interact with. There are lots of employees in the store but, attitude is another thing. First thing comes to mind is I might be in a rough area and they get rough crowds here. The manager must have pep talk to the employees or maybe own the store a bit more. The shelves are well stocked, the rest rooms are clean."

"I am not fan of the self checkouts that any business has and I refuse to use them and it seems that Walmart is forcing people to use them. And then they press criminal charges when the customer forgets to scan an item. I am sorry that's not our job to check ourselves out. We have kids who act up. And we have personal issues that weigh heavily on our minds. So we don't NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS"

"I use the Mobile Pickup service frequently, today was the second time in the last month that I’ve been forced to wait 30+ minutes. Today I waited an hour to get my groceries. I called the number for pickup and was told it be out shortly. Another 20 minutes passed. When I called to speak with the manager to voice my frustrations I was told the manager JR would be out with my groceries to discuss my issue. When they arrived they continued to bombard me with excuse after excuse and they finished with “your more than welcome to call corporate office if you got a problem.” And walked off. Terrible leadership and quality of service."

"Great Walmart but super busy. Do yourself a favor and park farther away and walk."

"I have now been hitting this button for almost 20 minutes, trying to buy food for my newborn. I have stopped 2 Walmart associates asking for help, and they were beyond nice but did not have the keys themselves. While typing this, someone finally came and opened the case. 24 minutes total time to get one can of formula. All the while the frozen foods in my cart are melting. What a joke."
