"Be aware that the coupons and other things you think you might be able to get when opening a card don't apply to the good things. And not the store but the 800 customer service is a freaking joke. I tried and tried to talk to someone with good English but seemed to always have a language barrier."
"Good variety of clothing for everyone. Nice variety of clothing in the petite section. Not all petite people are old women and the clothing in that section had a good variety for different ages. I like to shop there for housewares too and there wasna good variety and good prices."
"Except been trying to Get a replacement of my kohls credit card for probably 10 years it was stolen and I don't know the original phone number I had when I got it. So they won't give me a new one been hours of my life over the past years on the phone even had someone who said they were an executive for kohls tell they were sending me a new card and another lady said she was sending a new card no card. So it has been about 10 years I have to use my id. Their card service is awful. But my local store service is awesome I love the clothes at kohls and the service except their card service just don't get their card ever."
"First off I just moved to Evansville in August and I had a pair of shoes that I needed to return. They were packed away in a box since we’re building a house and with weather changing we had to find our sons shoes. Our son couldn’t wear these and they were brand new shoes. We wanted to exchange them or take them back and get a new pair that day. I tried to explain this to the teenager running the return she was the rudest person I ever met. We were out of our 180 days but less then two weeks even the manager seem to have a problem with it but she helped give us some of our money back. We end up buying a new pair of shoes that cost twice as much as the original pair. I told my wife though I will never go back to this kohls or maybe any kohls."
