"Pro Desk" must have been the hangout spot because at any given time 4 - 7 Employees were standing around talking amongst themselves having a great time and by the lack of acknowledgement or asking if I needed anything you could tell they were not there to work or help today. 1.1.24 1:00pm - worst example of how to treat a customer I've ever seen Had to go to the parking lot to get my cellphone to call back into the store to complain about the lack of help."
"I stopped here to pick up an order. Jacob at the service desk has impeccable service. He walked us through the pick up process which there were some online issues, nevertheless. Jacob helped us through to the end. He is great at his job. Definitely would recommend this Lowe's as a helpful Lowes. Thank you Jacob!"
"Last night, I ended up going to Home Depot to buy a plumbing part. Apparently, there was a large number of Lowe's employees who called off work. BUT the workers who DID show up to work did their very best in helping me. Gerald and a young woman with long dark hair paged several people, to learn they were not at work or were busy with other customers. I will still go to Lowe's but I hope management looks at who is a keeper employee and who is not."
