"Absolutely loved her. The staffing besides the office ladies suck. Recently changed drs because of this. The nursing staff changed to much. Couldn't keep up with the auths needed for daily meds prescribed for diabetic needs. Never return calls. Took 3 mths or longer to start meds she had prescribed. Then 3 wks after changing dosage prescribed by Dr nurse finally called back 445 on a Fri saying DRUG REP said I wasn't eligible"
"Office is a mess. Sat in the waiting room for well over an hour for a new patient appointment that was scheduled for 10:20. At 11:15 the nurse came to bring me back and I asked if I would be seen in the next 15-20 minutes. That was a no. At that point I decided to just walk. I’m tired of doctors offices double booking and expecting patients to take it. My time is as valuable as theirs. I did not sign up for an appointment that was going to take over 2 hours."
