"Giving 3 stars because my first visit went well. Second visit, most of the clinical staff were friendly and helpful, clinician on staff was dismissive and clearly wanted to leave. I’m not sure when it’s ever acceptable to comment on a patient’s appearance to tell them they’ll regret their tattoos, stretched ears, etc. It was literally a waste of time to be told by a “professional” how I should look and then be told I’m free to go because nothing is wrong with me or I can get a second opinion elsewhere. I just needed some antibiotics for this very clear respiratory infection but okayyyyyyy miss ma’am"

"I had a horrible experience with this facility. The staff member made a mistake on my bill and instead of calling me, they just decided to bill me anyway. Came in and talked to the manager and she said she had wrote it off. Started getting text messages about an over due bill and had to call again and apparently they took care of it. Just seemed like the staff and the doctor had no idea what is going on and will not be going back."

"Excellent bedside manner. Very friendly and very welcoming. Felt some attitude from one individual at a desk but we all ha e bad days. 5 stars because we're all people doing our best."

"Hands down the best urgent care in the area. Every urgent care in the area closed almost an hour ahead of their scheduled closing time and refused to see my daughter who was visibly struggling to breathe. Jennie keeps their doors open and accepting patients until their closing time. We stumbled upon their care because of the other “closed” urgent care centers, but I’m so glad we did… I’ll never go anywhere else. From the ladies at the front seat to the nurse practitioner and doctor that saw my daughter, the level Of care was absolutely unmatched. They are sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and so caring. 10/10. ❤️"

"Clean establishment and spacious waiting room. All the staff present today was fabulous. My 5 year old son had an appointment at 2:00pm and we were done by 2:35pm. Dr. Spencer and his nurse were very kind to my son and I. It was all appreciated. I will use them again."
