"Dr Moody himself was great, but when I got a referral for OB GYN at another clinic it never went through. I preceded to call for almost 3 1/2 weeks and was lied to 4 times by 4 different people that it was insurance that was taking so long and that they put the referral in, when in reality they had never put the referral in. I don't think they were intentionally lying I just don't think they knew how to do their jobs which I think is worse."

"Dr. Moody is very educated and has a way to calm my " white coat syndrome " nerves. He has so much patience with me. This means he is actually listening and with compassion. His practice, like most medical facilities have a daily quota. Sometimes, there is the feeling of being treated as cattle, BUT, once I am in the exam room, things roll on the normal way. I have more confidence in Dr. Moody caring for my well being, therefore I am very satisfied for choosing him as my PCP. I have not had one obstacle to overcome since starting here as a patient. "I have been here twice to go to the perinatal group and they are SO friendly! Both times I've walked into the building there's a very nice woman who is so warm and welcoming to everyone who comes into the building. When I go upstairs to my ultrasound appointments they're always nice at the front desk which is wonderful. Even better is Christy the ultrasound tech! She is so cheerful and genuinely nice and I just appreciate that so much. I looked forward to my second appointment and it was just as pleasant! I really do appreciate how friendly everyone is.
