"I contacted State Farm on 2/15/2024, and was greeted by Alex Grady at the Hopkinsville Office. I was very upset about my current carrier, Progressive, as they raised my rates over $50.00 per month after my first year. There was no good reason for the increase, no claims, etc. Alex was wonderful, kind and patient with me as we navigated through my coverage for both my vehicles. He even looked over my current Homeowners Policy to see if he could save me there. In the end, he was honest and professional, as he explained that he could not match my Homeowners coverage, but in fact could save me over $50.00 on my Auto coverage. Plus, the coverage was much better than my previous policy, he even pointed out things to me on that policy that they never did. I appreciate Alex, and would recommend him and State Farm to anyone out there looking for insurance. He was a complete professional and delivered the information to me in the most kind and understanding way. Way to go Alex, you are an asset to State Farm Insurance Company. Thank you! "These guys always gave me the best rates. Even when I fell far behind and popped in and out existence a couple of times. Naturally, there are penalties for that sort of thing. But, they're still far more competitive than other insurers. I've window shopped literally every other possible option and they're still the most affordable. Also, their staff are very respectful and respectable folk. Should've stuck with them from the get go in my opinion."
