"Dr. Martin is currently treating my best friend, Karen Fox and he is amazing. Karen would not still be here if it wasn't for Dr. Martin, his compassion and knowledge is by far the best any city has to offer"
"Dr Martin is very knowledgeable surgeon,he done EGD on my mom and had put a feeding tube in her, also his assistant Monica is very responsive and friendly. My mom is in safe hands with doctor Martin and his team. Highly Recommend him."
"Very disappointed. My father has been battling pancreatic issues for a while. I asked for him to be referred to Dr. Martin in hopes we could catch whatever the issue is and turn things around. Dr. Martin pretty much dismissed us after he did an exploratory surgery and none of the biopsies came back as cancerous. I asked for a referral to someone that could help us and his nurse Melanie never even responded to me. We had a follow up appointment July 5th. I took off work to drive the 5 hours there just to be told it was a mistake and Dr. Martin wasn't in the office that day. Had the appointment card with the date and time and they didn't care. Haven't heard from them since. Meanwhile my father is withering away. I would also like to add: Melanie is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional. She's overworked and needs help, but that is no excuse for being so short with patients and caregivers...especially given what type of DR she works for."
"He's the best. My journey isn't over but I feel blessed to have Dr Martin as my Doctor/Surgeon."
"Melanie called me on aug 18 at 4:09. She left a message saying I needed to call the office. I didn't know who this was . So I looked up dr Robert Martin. Had no idea why his office was calling. I had a stay in the hospital overnight. Had blood drawn . I'm highly upset since the hospital said they couldn't find anything wrong. The next week my pcp gave me a clean bill of health. I leave a message Friday night. I stressed out so badly the entire weekend. On Monday I had to leave another message. I was suppose to receive a call within 48 hours. No call. So I called again. Left another message. Finally Melanie returned my call. Her response after I identified myself was " you have to get into the office today". I said I don't know anything about this office. I've never been there. She proceeded to ask my birthday and name again. " she said " that's not the birthday we have. " I said what's the address. I had to tell my address. Oh, guess what. I was not their patient. No apology whatsoever. I had to stop at my pcp and speak with the nurse there,.. I WAS NOT THEIR PATIENT!!!!!!!! Melanie pulled up the wrong patient. So my question is " did the correct get their call to let them know they had pancreatic cancer? ". Ineptness on her part. Sharon Richey"
