"To start when my cousin and I arrived we told them we wanted the rapid test. Was told no problem by person at back of the line. Person in front of the line said they have been out of the rapid test test since last week. So we took the one where we had to wait longer for the results. Was told 48-72 hrs. After not hearing 5 days later I tried to contact them by both phone and email. Was given a new number to text. I texted and emailed them. Received 2 different answers. One said test inconclusive and retest. Other said no record of test. My cousin only sent one message and was told no record of her testing. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
"Booked a COVID PCR test at 4:45 PM and was in and out before 5 PM, even with a long line. Was a great testing site and they apparently give vaccines at this location too. tests and vaccine 100% free - don't even need to show an insurance card"
