"Dr. Coleman and her staff have always made me feel at ease during my appointments. I appreciate her wonderful bedside manner and have rarely had to wait long in the lobby for scheduled appointments. I recently had a scare after finding a lump in my breast. I saw a Nurse Practitioner since Dr. Coleman was on leave. They got me in to be seen the same day I called, and had me scheduled for a mammogram & ultrasound quickly. Being seen quickly helped put my mind at ease and everyone was kind and professional throughout the experience. Even the woman who answered the phone when I first called was compassionate and helpful. I definitely recommend this provider and their team!"

"Just was notified that the doctor is on medical leave at the last moment and the person who called was extremely rude trying to force me to force to go to the dixie hwy location when I specifically told her I want to stick with the Dutchman lane location. Then dhe tried to tell me that i wasnt going to meet the doctor the day of my appointment and its the whole reason i schedule my appointment in the first place.Super unprofessional!"

No concern for my issues or birth control. No customer service or care for trying to work me in. Does that seem fair? 6 months for an appointment due to no fault of the patient? No thanks."
