Furthermore, the unexpected departure of our initial customer representative and legal assistant went unnoticed, highlighting deficiencies in client management and internal coordination. Upon escalating our concerns to Cori Hash, the attorney's supervisor, we received an apology for the oversight and assurance that our case remained a priority. Subsequent actions to rectify the situation were taken promptly, albeit belatedly, and our immigration packet was finally dispatched after a protracted delay. While our case ultimately concluded without complication, the lack of timely communication and organizational oversight was disappointing. Regrettably, the lack of transparency and attentiveness demonstrated throughout our engagement with this law firm compels us to advise against their services. We advocate for a more client-centric approach, one that prioritizes effective communication, transparency, and proactive client management.
