"Do not stay here!!! The staff are exceptionally rude at the front desk and have no interest in helping you. Spend your money with another hotel brand, you'll be happy you did."

"Imagine our disappointment when we show up and learn this hotel is under construction. Then further that the airport shuttle is not available. Oh and there are very limited services in the hotel. Example- there is literally nowhere to sit in the hotel other than our room. As an IHG platinum customer I feel qualified to say this a brilliant example of a business totally disregarding its customers. Dont be surprised when this customer disregards the IHG brands. One bright spot. The guy working the (portable) desk Jan 1 at 6pm was fantastic."

"I made a reservation a week prior to my stay, when I arrived they told me they overbooked and cancelled my reservation. They were horrible to deal with, my non refundable room was reserved with a credit card. I had a confirmation number, and they just said “there is nothing we can do” There were no rooms available in Austin that evening, I had a 5 am flight the following day, the hotel did nothing to help find another room. I can’t believe IHG treats their customers this way. Just over book, a big event is in town, they can make more money, so they take it upon themselves to cancel your room and do nothing to help. If you want to spend a night in a rental car due to managements mistakes, this is the place to book!"

"Hotel room was nice and clean. The room was very spacious. They were remodeling at the time of my stay which wast a bid deal. Good options around the hotel close early, so don't plan on having a late dinner or snack after 10pm."

"My true rating is a 3.5 stars... Overall experience was good. The room in the hotel were both well maintained and clean. The location and parking were great being very close to the airport and restaurants but far enough away not to be bothered by any of the traffic, noise or congestion. My biggest great would be the experience with the breakfast / restaurant area inside. It is the only option and is a sit down restaurant where you apparently have to include it in your reservation for the free breakfast that we were erroneously charged, later corrected by the manager. However, my wife and oldest daughter did not eat because the two entrees included were apparently utilized by myself and youngest daughter when we ate earlier.... Though kids are supposed to eat free. All in all a decent / average experience. Not sure if the Candlewood across the parking lot, apparently also owned by the same company, is any different of an experience."
