"Pauline and Kayla, at the Passport & Visa Company provide an invaluable service. I have lived all over the world, and given that I have multiple citizenships and passports, and travel significantly, having them in my corner to process applications for visas, passports and renewals is a gift. I have been through many Federal Green Card and passport applications, and my latest renewal went extremely smoothly. Pauling and Kayla scheduled my appointment, I input the necessary information on a terminal with their oversight, paid the fee, they took the pictures, and Voila!, all done. I got my new passport within a week! They also helped me with my Australian Passport Renewal especially with the photographs. The parameters can be particularly demanding and "non-standard'. My renewal was couriered to the consulate in Houston and processed inside 24 hours. I feel it is important to explain a couple of things: 1. Immigration processes are constantly changing – particularly in the current global climate. Having experts like P&V Company is fabulous and guarantees a successful application. 2. Administration requirements change, such as picture size, smile/no smile, etc….I have had a passport application returned because a photo was 2 millimeters off….and the Federal Government kept the $200+ fee, which I had to pay again for a new process fee :-( Using P&V avoids that situation. 3. The fees, whilst they can run into a few hundred dollars, (mine was $300), almost $200 of that fee is not kept by The Passport & Visa Company. They are simply collecting this for the Federal Government, so the difference is what pays for their service, and in my opinion, that difference is worth it, knowing that if it comes back, The P&V company will re-apply . That said, the likelihood of a failed application with their help, is minimal. In short, no stress, no fuss, accurate, and SUPER FAST! If you have any need for a passport and/or visa, give them a call…you won’t be disappointed, and the lack of stress makes it great value for money."

"Update: updating to 4 stars after speaking to the owner and agreeing on partial refund for the service fees. I went to pick up my documents in person and Kayla was organized and was helpful on offering some more insights on reasons the process had been fairly frustrating. Overall the experience was good, and I would still recommend this agency for things they are more specialized in, just maybe not Q2 visas… Original: Paid 330 for Chinese visa back in early March when all previously valid 10 year visas were in suspension. During the in person appointment I asked specifically whether a surrender statement was needed for the application package, Kayla said no. Fast forward a month, I heard from them that my visa application was returned because it did not include a statement of “surrendering my previous 10 year visa”. Luckily China has allowed previously valid visa entries in the mean time and I was able to get my passports back for my trip in May. I still believed in them and kept my payments with them as credits for processing of the visa again when I come back. In early August, I met with Kayla again to redo the application and the surrender form. Now a month later, I got news again that the consulate was asking for an in-person interview, which involves refiling the forms, and me flying into DC. This is the SECOND TIME that my documents are being returned, with at least 2 month of waiting. Kayla is suggesting that she would still help fill out the forms, just I need to do the scheduling and flying in myself. (That’s simply a DIY visa application, why am I still paying for service?) While this is not 100% the fault of this agency, I am writing the review to let people be aware that they may not be the best at dealing with more complicated visa applications! Time and money wasted. They are only willing to refund the consulate fees and none of the service fees. Waiting on owner response to discuss this issue. I do acknowledge and appreciate the time Kayla has spent on my case, although the end of the day result was less than satisfactory."
