"The staff was nice for 2 mins until they weren’t. Prices are fair hence the 2 stars, customer service is a zero. Their ‘third party’ delivery service is unreliable, price gouging and manager told me I was irritating the warehouse staff when trying to see if the furniture they couldn’t deliver would fit my car. :/"
"We had never seen one of these stores before, so we got excited when we saw it. When we walked in, everyone greeted us and said hello very nicely. We saw a couch, that we just had to have, but then an employee said very rudely “we’re closed, it’s time to leave” We didn’t know they closed at 5:30. No one said anything when we walked in at 5:25. They could’ve had a sale, or at least talked to us about coming back the next day."
