"The gentleman, Paul Sorola, that repaired our sofa was great. He checked the frame and tightened it. Then attached a leg I had purchased and the couch looks great. Then our dog tried to eat some of the leather. They fixed it very well. They refinished our front door and it is beautiful. However… We had them refinish our teak patio table and chairs., It took forever to get it back. Finally they called and said it didn’t clean up well and recommended we paint it rather than tung oil. We believed them without seeing and it was returned shortly. It looked nice but the teak finish would have looked better. I suspect they didn’t even start on it until I bugged them enough and it had been so long that painting was quick and they could get it back quickly. I refinished it myself years back and it was beautiful. When they picked it up they missed a chair and small table. I’m still trying to get them back. I’ve called and texted them repeatedly with no response. I don’t know if they are still in business."

"I would like to give Paul a higher rating, but I cannot. He never finished the job and only has about 1 to 2 more days to complete. This is after I already paid him 100% of the project. He now ignores my calls. I wish him well. Good luck."

"I could just repeat all the bad reviews other customers have left, but same exact deal- shoddy work, no return phone calls/texts, stood me up as well without letting me know he wasn't coming (and wouldn't return my calls/text asking him where's he at), lies (big time), ignores you, and has a bad attitude .That's my short experience doing business with QFR, specifically Paul. Terrible job, was "supposed" to be $395 to put stuffing in 2 seat cushions, which he didn't do. All he did was glue a few pieces of pink Styrofoam stuff on the wood in back (pic attached), and stuffed another few pieces between the webbing, that's it, nothing was done to my cushions. He was there maybe an hour. The pink stuff does nothing for my cushions, and nothing at all to be honest, a waste of foam, and my 400 bucks. Then came the bad attitude, all I was asking was for him to complete the job I paid for. I don't want him back in my house, not with that attitude and the lies (I don't want to fight, just wanted my cushions done) and definitely would never do business with him, or QFR again."

"The services received from Quality Furniture Repair was 4.5 stars. I had some discrepancies in what I thought could hapoen with my furniture repair on 1 item. However, when Paul, myself and my husband discussed further- we became more clearer with the limits of the material needing the repair. So with that being said, he and his team did the best work they could. My home suffered water damage and we had bedroom, entertainment, office furniture and a storage unit all refurbished, refinished, repaired to best quality. I recommend this company for your repairs. I'm a satisfied customer. Also, the office manager (Carolina) was very kind and professional. Paul and his assistant Jose was very kind and mindful in helping me with small issues regarding my disability; this was very appreciative. A good company to do business with."
