Elizabeth is a flat out lair don’t believe anything that comes out of her month she told that it was going cost $1500 to replace a radiator and thermostat … a thermostat mind you that we did not need. I asked, how did they know I needed the thermostat and she told me Elizabeth told me it was finally description of what my daughter said was going on with the car so in other words, they’re just guessing that I need a thermostat was willing to charge me makes me think if I didn’t need to start thermostat, they would’ve said they put one in and charge me anyway I will be following the complaint with AAA and a Better Business Bureau and then triple on top when we decided to go with another mechanic tried to charge us $151 for a diagnostic which you couldn’t provide the codes for because they never did a diagnostic but was just trying to get money they pay the diagnostic offer the symptoms my daughter said was wrong with the car! Furthermore, if Google has a means of giving no stars, they would have gotten none. I only gave them one because that was the only option of me leaving of a view. I also recorded our conversation with Elizabeth for my record, because when I found out about the exorbitant pricing I knew I couldn’t trust them and it was a good thing I did because never once did she say oh we were a diagnostic and it’s gonna cost you $151 and your money don’t go shame on you Phil’s Car Care . Also, it says we have a four-point five review average but if you just look up, it also says that this is a sponsored account on yelp reviews are two you tell me what’s wrong with that picture."

"I purchased tires online and Phil's Car Care was the closest location to get the tires installed. The staff helped me determine that my current set of tires was separating pretty badly. Since the installation was going to take about two and a half hours, Jessica asked Elizabeth to take us to a shopping center and New Caney, for which I had never visited. We walked around the shopping centers, had a great lunch at Chili's, and Phil's Car Care Saint Elizabeth back to pick us up. That's a first for me, as no one has ever offered to take me to a shopping center just before Black Friday. Most places just give you the waiting room and you sit there and peruse your cell phone until your vehicle is finished. The staff at Phil's Car Care were great. At Phil's Car Care you will never be bored, as they do their best to accommodate you. Once we got our vehicle back no more wobbling in the rear end from Tire separation. We would go back to Phil's Car Care again for our tire installation needs."

"We had an issue with our car battery and AAA suggested Phil’s Car Care for handling the warranty replacement. My spouse called, they said come on in. They began right away. The battery that I needed was not available in the state, but they were able to accommodate the warranty with an alternative. The battery was ordered, delivered, and installed within an hour or so. I was back on the road in a car that started without issue! Very happy with the service. (Now, I fully understand that this is not a usual kind of repair and that most repairs will take actual time to diagnose, obtain parts, test, repair, etc. But I was thrilled to be able to get in and out same day with a working vehicle!)"
