"Terrible customer service- shady things taking place at this location. If you have EZPay, and wonder why sometimes it charges double, or sometimes the day before, you must not be on EZPay itself. They have your card number written down somewhere and illegally authorizing the transaction on your behalf. It took the general manager being incredibly disrespectful to me to figure this out, by calling the corporate number and being informed that there is no EZPay in my account.."

"So, with full disclosure, I've not actually rented to own anything from Aaron's. And I know it's for ppl with less than perfect credit, but this place is a HUGE rip. As an example, they have a 21" Troy Bilt lawn mover for $85/mo for 12 mo. which means you'll pay over $1000 for a $300 lawnmower. A GE washer/dryer set that's $1200 at Home Depot would be be $2200 at Aaron's. I have no problem with them making a profit and I understand their taking a risk on folks that may not have great credit, but this seems a excessive. If you have the money to make the payment, then you can instead save it for a few month and pay cash. Don't get ripped off."

"Gave them 2.5 hours to call me back just for a financing question, real simple question. Called around 3 PM and was told the manager was on a conference call. That's fine, call me when available within reason. Called again around 530, he was with a customer. Ah well, I'll go somewhere else."

"I have bought from Aaron’s before and never had an issue other than asking for them to report to credit and they never did. However, the porter location is a joke! My fiancé and I bought a bedroom set including a king size bed, and a dresser with a mirror on it back in February of 2017. The delivery itself was a nightmare. We had to take off the day of delivery which is fine but not okay when they forget parts for assembly 2-3 times!! After two different days of taking off they still forgot the middle bar on the frame for the mattress to sit. They asked if they could come back the next day so we agreed but told them my fiancé would have to leave by 1 to go in late for work and they assured to be there by 12. Come 1 they are still not there so he calls and they respond with “Well we have to take a lunch” after they agreed to be there at 12 and KNEW he had to leave for work! So we told them to forget it and rescheduled them for the next day and we had a nice man come out and fix it so they made up for their non sense. Now, 2 years fast forward with about $200ish left to pay on a $2k+ agreement and we are trying to move. My fiancé goes to disassemble the mirror to move the dresser out and lo and behold they stripped the screws and there is no way to get them to turn to take the mirror off! We tried with every tool you can think of and the wood was also cracked but was hidden. I guess when the inexperienced person who tried assembling it put it together he spun the drill too far not only cracking the wood but tripping the screw. So now our several hundred dollar dresser and mirror is ruined and they are wrong if they think I’m paying anymore on this agreement!! 1 Star is giving them too much credit. Maybe that 1 star for the man who came for the bed and the customer service from the corporate but that’s all!"
