"Absolutely garbage store, employees don’t know where items are located, if you order pickup they don’t come to curbside, most times they put the wrong items on your pickup order as well. Customer service and returns are terrible and they always give you some sort of hell. Yesterday after being sent to multiple spots in the store, a manager said I’m sorry I really don’t know where it is I was just guessing. Then I get to the insulation area and the guy in charge of that section has multiple pallets of the insulation I need but the manager had them put a metal rack in the aisle so he can’t get them down. The only enjoyable experience was checking out after someone took charge and helped 20 customers waiting on one person because someone left to take a 15 minute break walking out the front to light a smoke and leaving one cashier to check out half the store l, the day before a freeze without asking for help. Poor management, poor knowledge, go to Conroe."
"First time at the Porter location. I went in to get moving boxes. They’re priced pretty good there. Something shocking though, I was asked by 4 different employees if I needed help with anything. Lol, at the Humble location you can never find someone who works there."
"Every single time i come doesn’t matter if morning, afternoon, or evening they NEVER have someone readily available in the lumber to cut. Today alone waited 10mins only for someone to come who was underage/couldn’t cut lumber even after asking a associate for someone specifically to be sent to cut. Waited another 18mims before someone came to be told they couldn’t cut what i need. Also their check out is a JOKE. only self check out open"
