"My stay here was lovely. The room was nice and clean, and the pillows were so fluffy yet supportive. Dove bath products are a nice touch. Breakfast is not complimentary but the portions are large. Overall good service. It’s a little farther from the airport than other hotels, but they have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes and it’s only a 7 minute drive."
"I would love to give it a better score than this. The room is great and the location is not bad. The problem is the service. This location clearly lacks communication with their franchise. I am not saying don't stay here, just be prepare if something happened, the hotel will not work with you what so ever to resolve the issue. During the freeze in early 2024, I called the their phone number listed in Google map and was connected to the a representative. I was not able to arrive due to roads being frozen and my flight was canceled. I spoke with the representative regarding the issue to cancel a night of reservation. The representative assured me that it was taken care of. However, when I showed up, I was informed that my reservation was canceled due to no-show. I ended up staying there for couple more night with an increased cost per night plus the one night of no show. I asked the no show to be charged on a different card so it is not on my company card. However they outroght refused to work with me on this and refused further assistance in this matter. On the up side, I would say the assistant manager on duty was very understanding and professional while attempt to resolve this issue by relay the issue to the general manager. However, I would caution you that if there is issue arise, the chance of them resolving the issue is minimal. I made several attempt during my stay to try and resolve the issue but was refused further assistance."
"I was hoping to provide a positive review, but I can't. Cancelation policies are understandable but when you have no control over something and it can also affect guests and employees you would think a company would be understandable but not this hotel's operations manager. I tested positive for Covid and strep on January 10, which was supposed to be the day of our arrival, however, because we were traveling with my partner's elderly mother, and didn't want her to get sick, we had to cancel and she had to cancel her flights. The hotel refused to refund or even add it as a credit for a future stay. I was in shock that they would much rather have my family and I there, with me having Covid and strep to roam around the hotel and dine with other guests than refund or provide a credit. I even offered the doctor's results and doctor's note that released me from working for 5 days. There was one gentleman who tried to help me and stayed on the phone with me while we tried to get in touch with a manager. He gave me a case number and even said a manager would contact me in 48hrs and I never received a call or email. So I would highly caution you if you're staying at this hotel. Who knows how many guests or employees are working that are positive with Covid, because they obviously do not care about their employees or guests health."
"Rooms were really nice and very modern and roomy. Not to keen on the modern look but this was ok. Service was excellent! From the front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, bus driver….all had great customer service and comforting attitudes. Location was ok…I’ll still give it a 5 because of the hotel and staff. Close to the airport..but still have to leave early if you have to go to the other terminal….now that really sucked."
"The hotel is overly accommodating. I booked a room as a passenger in distress after mechanical problems of my flight from Los Cabos. They offer 24-hour shuttle service. The facilities and rooms were immaculate. Isaac was my shuttle driver and front desk agent. He smiled throughout both jobs. They have a bar/restaurant. The food is truly good. Several passengers stayed, and we all dined together. Ryan, bartender, was friendly and patient with us. We were mentally and physically exhausted. Thank you, gentlemen, for making us feel at home. PS, they supply Dove toiletries!"
