"Came to the hotel for a convention in a working capacity with a crew. Over the course of the week, we made many requests from the hotel staff. (extra chairs, tables, temperature settings...) Among all the wonderful staff we encountered, one staff member stood out. One of the red coats named Jude was outstanding. He was everywhere! Anything, anytime we needed something, Jude was right there. He was phenomenal! I wish we could take him with us!!! I would give this hotel 4 stars. (a very nice place to stay and have meetings), but Jude is by far a 5 star employee. Thank you Jude for all the steps you took to make our event run perfectly!! You Rock!!!!!"
