"Purchased a $1’300 Taylor guitar in January. The g, b &e strings started to buzz. Took it back and made 3 trips to get a new guitar, serviced by a factor repair man to adjust the bridge to eliminate the problem. Worse now than before Terrible service and deceiving salesperson. Would not trade allow a trade because it was more than 10 days. Offered to pay the difference and owner said no. Sad bad service In response to your answer I live 150 miles away I made several phone calls before the “10” day return policy. I explained I lived 150 miles away and that I had contacted Taylor and they had even emailed that the seller should replace exchange the instrument and that Taylor would exchange that particular guitar to you. I even showed the email from Taylor to your salesman who would have exchanged the instrument but as he explained the manager would not allow. Used car salesman"
