"No one answer your question their phone does not answered doctors are wonderful but it is very hard get appointments for"
"Buyer beware- their estimates are not accurate and they will never respond if you dispute it. They just send to collections. Then don’t respond to collections for months when you dispute it there. I made decisions based on their quote and paid them promptly. They later sent a bill for more than 50% more. Couldn’t recommend them less."
"After 2 years of playing phone tag with uk dentistry. Finally January of this year I was able to schedule my appointment 3 months later. Before my appointment I was told I had 3500 for covered services including an implant from my insurance but given my experience, I wanted to get prices to make sure on-site, they sent in a team of dental assistants, financial services, and a dentist who plopped one finger in my cheek while (they were writting up a dental plan after giving me the price not running it through my PRIMARY insurance) to "check" my tooth aka make sure they got their 400 from someone on Medicaid who just wanted to make sure my care I can't afford otherwise is covered this shameful."
"I’ve had this appointment for my wisdom teeth to be taken out since February this year. It’s now Dec 19. I arrive 15 minutes early, they take me back for my surgery and then AFTER I’m getting anesthesia, have an IV in my hand, oxygen on, hair net on, etc. a doctor (Steven Tucker) walks in and goes “cancel it.” Come to find out UK Healthcare missed reading my chart and needed clearance from a cardiologist because of my heart conditions before the procedure. I took off work for this, so did my best friend to drive me, and 1.5 hours each way to get here, to say I’m LIVID is downplaying it. I got tunnel vision in the doctors office and I am furious. UK admitted it was entirely their fault although they had about a YEAR to tell me I needed a paper from my cardiologist. What an absolute joke."
"I just fired my dentist. I drove to their office and sat in that chair three times and nothing was ever done. I originally called because a crown came off one of my teeth, and I wanted to get placed back. They said they had to do X-Rays and a full exam first because I was a new patient. That's reasonable and I accepted. They also said that the dentist would be able to replace the crown for me in the same appointment. After the exam and examining the crown, he said that we were out of time for my appointment. That's not too terrible, lots happens at a new patient appointment. I scheduled and arrived for my next appointment to place the crown. The dentist then convinced me that having a new crown made was more appropriate based on his exam. He said it should be done after some fillings. Again, I agreed, but again, they didn't have time for me that day. Finally today, I arrived for some fillings. They suddenly remembered I reported adverse reactions to lidocaine during my new patient appointment. He asked if I was OK getting lidocaine knowing it could trigger a medical emergency, and of course I refused. I asked about alternatives (as previous dentists have done for me) and he said they are available but most of what they use has lidocaine. At this point it was obvious he simply didn't want to treat me today - and looking back, I don't think he ever wanted to treat me. Every time I've gone he's tried to talk me out of the work that was scheduled. So, I walked out. I will not be returning."
