"Husband and I were in town for work. Check-in was wonderful and so were the staff. Location was great, easy access to 35 and tolls. The only reason I’m giving a 3 stars was for the amount of baby roaches in the kitchenette. Our room was spotless clean and super happy with the rest except this minor detail. For us personally, roaches are our deal breaker. While it may not be for some, just be aware. We’d love to return once this issue has been taken care of. Until then, we’ll be staying somewhere else."

"To begin, Chelsea was a true professional. I first communicated with her when I called ahead inquiring about some details about the hotel. Over the phone and in person she was polite accommodating. Walking into the hotel everything was clean and quiet. After receiving our key cards, we proceeded to our room. Upon entering our room, we were impressed with the cleanliness, the smell, the neatness of bed and the bathroom. My wife and I were so impressed with how the kitchenette was clean and furnished. The refrigerator was spotless, as was the counter. The following morning, we went to breakfast. Clean, orderly, NOTHING old or messy. The gentleman working the breakfast floor was polite and jovial. They offered great looking omelets, fresh waffles, lots of fruit, cereal, fresh coffee and more. I have been to countless hotels, including Las Vegas and Hawaii, and truth be told, the Staybridge Suites came through flawlessly."

"I would highly recommend the Staybridge on Parmer. While the hotel is immaculate and provides all the amenities advertised online, it is the people who make it happen everyday. The front desk staff were all cordial, professional and accommodating regarding my very specific (and extra) room requests, particularly Rebecca and Chelsea. Marcos did an incredible job in keeping us well fed and relaxed with the delicious breakfast, happy hour snacks and libations. Alicia and Ana ensured my space were immaculate and welcoming adfter a long day - every day. During the entire two weeks I stayed I did not have a single complaint. but was very pleased by everything. You're an exceptional team (whether mentioned here or not) and the Staybridge brand should be very pleased to have each of you !! Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one."

"Lots of positives, but our stay was ruined by lack of attention to detail. The room, breakfast, and pool were fine. However, we specifically picked this hotel because they had told us that they had a working car charger. We had an electric vehicle for our stay, so it was important to us to be able to have a place to charge and start the day with a full battery. When we arrived, we found out that their charger (a standard J1772) does not work with Tesla vehicles. Huh? The staff told us that they knew of this problem, and there were no plans to fix it. So instead of a relaxing stay, we woke up every day stressing about having to make time to run over to a supercharger. Definitely won't be back."
