Her exceptional service goes beyond expectations, and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves the recognition of being named employee of the month. "Food was awful. The room and hallway smelled of dead fish. No one was ever at the front desk. Not a good stay."

"One of the worst hotel experiences. The beds were very uncomfortable for everyone in the family. I slept on a sofa bed - it was a cheap, low quality spring bed, probably several years old and never replaced. I'm still suffering from the back pain I picked up during the stay. I regret staying in this cheap hotel."

"STAY AWAY - THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Booked a 3 Day stay. Because I knew I would arrive at the hotel at 2AM I booked the day prior so that I could check in when I arrived. I called the hotel and informed them that I would not be in until 2 AM, and not to cancel my reservation. When I arrived the hotel informed me that that canceled the reservation because I didn't show at check in time. WHAT? I payed for an extra day so this wouldn't happen. After it did happen they charged me anyway. I contacted customer care, and the customer service department is refusing to refund my money."

"The front desk personnel were very helpful. We were placed in a nice room however, my wife wanted a bathtub rather than a shower. This was handled within moments and otherwise, the stay was as expected. The room was clean, the breakfast was standard fare. We would recommend it."
