Best Western Plus Austin Central

"I stayed at this hotel almost 6 weeks while my son was in the NICU. The women that checked me in, Melissa, really made my stay worth the two and a half hour drive from home. This women was not only genuinely kind to me but went above and beyond what I expected of a stranger. She made me feel not only at home but at peace. I how she gets a well earned raise because she is definitely an asset to the company. Hands down over all experience was amazing mostly because of her. The rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful. Housekeeping may not speak a lick of English but were friendly and hard working, my room was always clean and bed made. They even made the bed with my blankets I brought, I thought that was sweet ♡ I highly recommend this hotel."

"We love BW+. That's our go to place. Rack up rewards for free nights, a pretty good daily Happy hour! The best free breakfast buffet. Plenty of choices for everyone. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, ham, sausage links, oatmeal, fruit, cereal...get the picture? Our favorite staff member is Natalie, she really takes care of you. Try it, you won't be sorry!"

"this location is one of the best i’ve stayed in. Exceptionally clean and everything works . This remodel looks to be about 10 years or more (but i wouldn’t change a thing .) I stayed in another Austin location only 4 years old last week and it’s tired and not clean like this hotel . Nothing tired at all about this one . Housekeeping is really on top of keeping this hotel clean. Super friendly front desk agent found me a phone charger to use. They have a kiosk with a video set up of a remote worker for late night . It was very cool."

"The room was dirty, and the in room coffee maker was a full on science experiment gone wrong. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they can't make up for the absolutely dirty feeling you have when you stay here. The pool is a very toxic sludge shade of green. The restroom in the lobby is worse than some very disgusting gas station bathrooms I have encountered during my travels. My room did not feel clean. There were chunks of debris (maybe a decayed tooth) in the bathroom, and the coffee maker made me cringe."

"Our AirBnB ended up not working out and I was in town for an event the only place I could book same day (same hour) that hadn’t upped the price to some ridiculous amount. The room looked way better in person than in the photos. It was no frills and I usually book some cutesy campy v Austin place. But I will book here again. The room was spacious and clean, there was 2 beds. We forgot toothbrushes and the nice lady at the desk found two ones for us at no extra charge. The lobby was cute and clean. Breakfast was great and saved us time and money!! The location was great , close to everything. FREE PARKING which obviously should be a thing everywhere but all the places I looked had $45+ parking a night or street parking and we would have had to park and walk with our things for several blocks. So this was goat! ALSO— check out is noon. Everywhere else was 10 or 11 and breakfast was served until 10am. This is actually such a gem! Service was great too. It was quiet and everyone was respectful"
