"Terribly run. I'm unsure if they even know how to, let alone care, about running a proper business. Courts are dirty and slick. The "tournament director" doesn't understand how to book courts for junior tournament or make it conducive to the players. They have no appreciation for customer services and make demands on customs instead of the other way round. My family and I were utterly disgusted with the unprofessionalism at this facility. I'll never be back and do not recommend anyone spend a dime here."

"Mediocre indoor courts. They're always dirty, and don't appear to ever be swept or cleaned (but that makes it easier to see marks I guess). The lights are incredibly loud and distracting as well. LTC and Blairwood are much, much better courts."

"The staff I rude and apparently pickleball players are immune to covid 19 and can't spread it...none of them were wearing masks from 6:30 to 8:00 pm on courts 9 through 12....hmmmmm!"

"Facility is GREAT ... Most employees are as well. But like all places you've got your one bad apple that kind of screws everything up for every one else. Unfortunately this happens to be at the very entrance so it's the first face you see when you get there. Granted this ONE person isn't there every time, so a majority of the time everything is fine. However, run in to them once and you'll find yourself sarcastically thinking "Wow, they were SO friendly." Aside from that ONE person, the courts are great, the facility is clean, and the pros are especially nice. I've worked with Shane and would highly recommend him if you can get him."
