"Great location for downtown Austin, especially the convention center and 6th Street are just blocks away. Nice rooms, good service. Only parking is valet for $55 a day (super nice and gelpful!), public parking down the street. Overall very enjoyable experience at a great rate!"

"I absolutely love the location of this hotel as it is close to everything we needed to go to. Free breakfast is always a plus. But what I was really most impressed about is the customer service they have provided. Especially the valet service, Jonathan was superb, very friendly and definitely a people’s person. "We stayed here for a quick one night trip for a concert. I was a little nervous about the location because downtowns can be stressful. But the moment I pulled up, the valet was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting with a cab and some other services. Everything was clean and accommodating in the room. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable experience! I highly recommend this hotel and location."
