"HE IGNORED MY PREGNANT FIANCÉ ASKING FOR A BATHROOM NOTE, stating she doesn’t need one due to her lack of infection from her pee sample. His reviews before the visit said he is know to ignore females when they claim to have postpartum depression, my fiancé and I took the appointment due to lack of availability anywhere else, the first thing out of his mouth was a recommendation of birth control as soon as the baby is delivered. Look for a female doctor, this guy thinks he knows about your body more than you do as a pregnant women."

"I don't leave reviews very often. However, in this case, I feel inclined to. It is the best medical care I have ever received. He has far surpassed any expectation I have had. I have tremendous respect for all doctors, but he seems to have strengths where most doctors fall short. When I was pregnant last year, I was extremely anxious, and I must have sent Dr. Ryan one million questions on Mychart. He was extremely prompt, reassuring and informative with every response. He has never once ignored my questions. During my appointments, he listens, allows me time to ask him questions and discuss my concerns. He is extremely patient and kind. He provides detailed explanations that are always educational and helpful for me. I have left every appointment feeling much less anxious having a better understanding of what is going on. Most importantly, he is very consistent with this level of care. He is an excellent doctor and I very much trust his expertise. My only issue now is that I have higher expectations for all my doctors. Truly one of a kind."

"Dr Ryan was the worst OB I have ever had. I have never felt so disregarded in my life. I had to work with a primary care provider for most of my pregnancy issues because everything is "normal" to Dr. Ryan. My white blood cell count was elevated for a long time, and I was feeling miserable. Turns out I had a raging infection ANOTHER doctor caught, and he said it was "normal." When I told him we caught it, he laughed. This is just one scenario of many that I felt completely not cared about in my final pregnancy. I had four total children, and I was SO thankful another doctor delivered my baby while in the hospital. He disregarded all my concerns, issues, and worries. He once had me come in an hour away from where I live to have my blood pressure tested and I waited there, my husband took off work to watch our other three children and he came in late, didn't come into the room I was in (I heard him) and told his nurse to tell me to go home and monitor it, I didn't even need to be there and he didn't even have the bedside manner to come and at least greet me after waiting all that time. On top of FIVE rounds of antibiotics during my 4th pregnancy, everything I asked him to help with or do, just wasn't his problem or no. I thank the Lord I had an amazing primary doctor because she did more for me in my pregnancy than he ever did. I could keep going on the awful experiences I have had with Dr. Ryan, but the point is these wonderful reviews you see (why I even went to this practice) is NOT what it is. If you want to enjoy your pregnancy and feel heard and cared about, choose someone else. I will say that the hospital at Norton Women’s and Children is AMAZING. The nurses there are wonderful and made the whole experience worth it. However, choose a different office that delivers there, maybe even a midwife. You can tell Dr. Ryan let his career go to his head and forgot who he's supposed to be caring about."

"Dr.Ryan delivered my baby back in 2018 and I will never have another OBGYN. I was skeptical at first because normally I want a female but he was absolutely amazing! I was high risk and he took the time and answered every question even if it meant spending an hour talking about it. His assistant is beyond amazing too! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor"
