My first experience with them i was a rookie in the Bath remodeling trade and we had installed a tub and after all tile work was completed we noticed a scratch. Marathon was quick to send out a repairman who quickly & easily sanded it down. It was then that I became sold on acrylic tubs & the local company that makes them here in town. "Not very helpful, they don't really care. The first girl that approached me was lethargic, she was sick, coughing and sneezing and couldn't care less about making a sale. I drove to the middle of nowhere to custom order a hot tub and ready to make the purchase right then and there. I was then assisted by a lovely lady named Betty, she was very helpful an suggested I take the cutout home and make sure it fits before purchasing. I called the next day to make the purchase of the tub and its accessories, Amanda answered the phone and in the same lethargic and sick manner as the day before. She did not remember who I was, did not want to look up the information, said she was busy at the moment and she asked me to call back later because she had customers in the store. Well there goes a $2400 sale that was to be made right there on the phone. I decided my business was welcomed elsewhere... My beef was with Amanda who looked terrible and was most unprofessional, and not Betty who was very helpful but simply too busy."

"I purchased a spa (The Pegasus) and absolutely love it. Before making this purchase I did a lot of research and compared prices, warranty, service, and delivery/ installation policies. This place is the best considering their pricing was same or better than your big retailers AND they provide warranty AND service. Do your homework. All of the spas I found online had a warranty (and curbside delivery- not to your deck but only to the side of your driveway!!) but you have to SHIP and pay to send your spa out of state!!! Who is going to actually do that? My parents made that mistake and then couldn't find anyone local to service their spa. We were able to pick out everything for our spa (the color, etc) and have it customized. They even had the ability to add jets exactly where my specific back pain is. It only took 3 weeks to manufacture my spa exactly as I wanted it. Retailers have a 4-6 week wait. Delivery and installation was a breeze and was only a small fee. This is a mom and pop local place that will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Betty has been wonderful, even checking on us the next day to see if we needed help with anything. I doubt "C@stco" or "S@ms" would call you the next day. It was an easy scenic drive down hwy 36. We love our experience and wanted to share since we invested so much time researching. You can even use a flex acct if you have a Dr letter/ RX because spas are therapeutic and beneficial in so many ways. Anyway- I thought this place deserved to be given a 5 star review. Check them out before you make any decision."

"Worst and rudest customer service I've ever experienced. Lori was rude. As we tried to explain to her our issue, she continually interupted with demeaning and attacking comments. We were just trying to obtain service on a $2000+ tub/spa that we had purchased. We were even willing to pay for the service. However, Lori had no sense of customer service and when I politely asked her not to interrupt as we were trying to explain our needs, she hung up the phone. They don't ever have to worry about us calling again or making any referrals. Poor product and even worse customer service."
