"I have to leave this review since visiting this Mattress Firm location (102 W Grand Parkway Ste 300) was an unexpected highlight of my week, thanks to the exceptional service I received from Jason Baum. Briefly after walking in, even the greeting didn't feel pressured. It was refreshing and I was able to look around for what I was looking for on my own. I had no intention of making a purchase the same day, but wow, the attention to detail and guidance regarding different types of mattresses made the process enjoyable. Jason was outstanding, his approach just shows he enjoyed having the conversation and finding what I need, not get rid of me and "on to the next one". Patiently allowed me to test my request, then his suggestions, alternatives, was very accommodating in the budget and promotions. Ohh, and the bundle he assembled for me was amazing!! I couldn't be any more grateful :D Very professional, very candid, delightful experience in all. Very few times in my life I've had such experience.
