"Update: We in fact called the repairman and he did answer. After he asked if this repair was going to be paid by the company or us, we told him that your company was. Ever since that talk he never called or answered again. In regards to the sofa being out of warranty, the initial visit was literally 2 months after getting the sofa. We are not asking for repairs on other issues, it is the exact same buttons that came loose after the “repair.” We came no less than 6 times the first year with the complaint and even asked to switch out the sofa. To which you responded, “There were none in inventory to switch out right now.” We bought 2 sofas a year and a half ago and they are not worth it. 2 months after purchasing the sofas, 3 buttons popped off and they sent a repair man to “fix” it. A couple of months later, the same buttons popped off again and we notified the supervisor. He assured us that the repairman would get into contact with us to fix it. Another 2 months passed by and the repair man still never responded to phone calls or got in touch. We spoke to the supervisor literally every 1-2 months since then. Now a lady, that we met a few months ago, is saying that she did everything she could to help. This was a lady that came into the picture the last few months and has no idea the length of time this problem has been going on… The repairman has still not shown up and they decided it’s been too long to service the sofa. Despite our initial complaint that never got resolved a year ago. We bought this product brand new and had it delivered with box intact. This lady is trying to tell us that floor items are “as is” reaffirmed my thoughts about her not really knowing our entire situation. DO NOT purchase here. They do not stand by their products. The employees change every few months so they won’t honor anything that was said before."

We just had our two items delivered and assembled today and WOW - we are blown away by the beautiful furniture and the incredible service from the store to the assembly. Sean was extremely helpful and even gave us a deal that made our jaws drop. Unlike other furniture stores with sleezy and pushy salespeople, Sean genuinely cared about what we *wanted* and only recommended items that were actually relevant and within our desired criteria. He even shared his cell number so he could personally give us updates and coordinate the delivery (and free assembly) of our new furniture. He was responsive all throughout the process and literally met our every request. He even coordinated with our drivers the night before delivery to confirm our furniture arrived EXACTLY when we needed it to. My wife and I purchased a beautiful leather couch and added a bedframe days later, which Sean also coordinated to arrive on the same day (and time) we needed. We are SUPER impressed by MidInMod and especially grateful for Sean for helping us. If you're looking for affordable mid-century modern furniture without sacrificing much on quality/design, please check this location out. We saved nearly a thousand dollars on furniture VERY similar to what we wanted from West Elm. "This place was amazing. We walked in and were impressed by the beautiful selection. The sales associate asked if we needed anything but mostly let us peruse around. We never felt pressured to buy anything or hounded by the associates. We had a couple of questions which we asked the gentleman who helped us. We ended up purchasing this sectional sofa for our living room and can’t wait to get it home!"
