"Apartments are maintained well. Staff is easily reachable and responds quickly. Building has secured doors-a plus for women living alone. There’s a nice dog walk area, and generally you cannot hear your neighbors. Perfect place if you don’t have much stuff!"

"I have never lived in a place that felt more like a community. The maintenance is maintained to the highest level!!! I continue to be impressed with this property and the staff! The commutation on our community is always relaid quickly. This last Sunday, a water main line broke on our street. I found out though a text from our property manager (Cindy) before I even realized the water was turned off. Furthermore, she offered assistance if we needed water. Who does that?!"

"I ended up breaking my lease to this place due to the facility staff not disclosing that there was a bedbug infestation. Instead of letting the residents know what was going on and doing a preventative pest treatment, they only treated the infested apartment and kept it quiet. They only told the rest of the residents when me along with a few other residents ended up with bed bugs as well. Even though they treated the entire floor after that, the lack of transparency is what should make you reconsider renting a unit with them."

Good location with lots of restaurants/stores nearby on Richmond road, the property is well lit at night, and the appliances in your room are modern and nice. Property management and maintenance are easily accessible and helpful. All utilities are included in rent so makes it that much easier! Would recommend living here."
