"Been living here for about a year and have to say they are the best. Mike and Mason in the office are always courteous and helpful. Guaranteed to get a laugh out of them anytime I go to the office. And the maintenance staff knows what they’re doing when it comes to fixing any issues I’ve had in my apartment. Jameson and Tyler are top notch at what they do. Very highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing place to rent from a truly qualified staff who are attentive and helpful to give them a call."
"Just HORRIBLE!! Main problem is they have a serious roach problem! I’m seeing roaches every other day and they do not seem to care or resolve the issue! Another issue is the hot water doesn’t stay hot when taking a shower and there is no central air/heating. Just an a/c unit attached to the wall that barely works! Does not heat up the house nor rooms especially during the winter time. I have 4 more month left here and I cannot wait until my lease is up and I can leave. 100% do not recommend living here!"
"I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!! You can never get a hold of no one there! The apartment itself was disappointed! Well not worth what they are asking for! The paint job was slap on there thick you could see where the paint run down and dry! It was always so cold upstairs in the winter and so hot in the summer! The dishwasher sinks so bad it made me sick! I barely use it. I move out and it’s been almost 3 months and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back! Legally they only have to hold it 30 days, I’ve call and call and they keep saying they send it out 2 weeks ago! If you could fine some place else to rent I would! I would NOT recommend them!"
"I lived here for 2 years. The townhome itself was nice and in a convenient area. Unfortunately, once Eden Management took over the quality of communication and service significantly decreased. The property manager is difficult to get in touch with and stopped responding to my emails about having my security deposit returned after not receiving a reconciliation letter after 60 days from the end of my lease. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a recurring issue. I do not recommend renting from them."
"Lived here (before when it was called Richmond Commons) and the name was changed after new management took over in March. In total, I was here for 1 year and was very dissatisfied with MANY things. To start, when moving in, there were a lot of issues with the condition of the unit including holes above the stairs, duck tape holding pipes together, crack in the ceiling from leaking through the bathroom, water damage in the bathroom in general. The leak issue was eventually patched but continued to be an issue, as the pipe was never fixed that was causing the leak. Fast forward to change in management and that was a complete disaster. No one actually informed us that there would be a change in management and how it would affect us. It was impossible to communicate, unless by text, which I felt was extremely unprofessional and when I had questions about my account, the new management was incompetent and incapable of giving me very basic details about my payment history. Thereafter, water, sewage, and trash were then prorated regardless of the amount used, which was not outlined in our initial lease, but was mandated by new management. And FINALLY, we dealt with pests and rodents throughout the time that we lived here. First, there was a rat problem, that ruined our dishwasher and resulted in it needing to be replaced and since new management has taken over there has been a huge roach problem, regardless of how much we cleaned, and kept things put up. I WOULD NOT suggest living here."
