The Studios at Belmont

"I have lived at the Studios for 7 years now. It has been, by far, one of the finest apt complexes I have lived in. From my experience only, they have ALWAYS taken care of any of my maintenance issues; always within 24 hours or less. There have been other reviews about bugs and cockroaches, well let me assure you that I wouldn't stay and pay for an apt if it was crawling with bugs. First of all if ya don't clean up after yourself and leave food out etc etc, and of course with any apt complex you will deal with bugs but Cowgills been great about having pest control once a month, as a preventative measure and if there are issues, Miss Jordan will be all over it and take care of it. She is great btw, she always has a smile, she's fair and I believe well suited for our property manager. Lastly to address the loud neighbors, all I can say to that is, I can't hear really anything inside my apt was the air conditioner is on, besides that there of course is the normal apt living and if you live on the lower level, of course your gonna have people walking above you, it's part of it. If there has been noise complaints they are addressed and if not resolved then their dealt with. Just the way it is. As is anything if you live in a building with other people. Thanks for seven good years. Let be real there is good and bad with anything overall have had 7 good years here, I could have done without the rent hike, but that complaint really falls in the lap of the Congress, since inflation is there problem to fix etc etc. Thanks again, CWS Apt 230"

"The Studios at Belmont is an ideal place to live. Security features are a plus. Office staff (Jordan, the manager) is very helpful with anything you could need, and if she doesn’t know, she works on finding out for you. Everyone I have met has been friendly and helpful. Overall it has been a great place to live! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a place that is clean, affordable, and close to many things in and around Lexington."

"It's really a good studio. The manager, Jordan, is very good, helpful and well-behaved lady. I strongly recommend it to everyone. I wish to add more on my post. This is the best Studio that I ever seen, everyone in this Studio are very polite, helpful and friendly. Excellent parking place, nice environment and also the room. Everything is just excellent. Everyone is very friendly in this Studio apartment. The room have PTC unit, which is also an excellent features for the winter. Kitchen is fully furnished and bathroom too! "I don't tend to leave reviews, especially when the service or facilities are good. But there are acceptions to be made. I've lived at the studios for over 4 years now. The Management staff are friendly and are always at hand to sort any issue. The Maintenance staff are always on call. The facilities ie, washer dryers, gym and swimming pool are always kept clean and maintained. For the closeness to downtown, the price you pay is very reasonably, especially when you consider the electric and water is included in the rent. For me and my work schedule this works out great hence the good review."

"In the heart of downtown Lexington. Great apartments for students or hospital employees. All utilities included, pool, fitness center. The company has renovated the entire complex and the new look is so much nicer and was much needed!"
