"Worst service. I wanted digital copies of my passport photo.First they told me I have to pay 17$ for physical copies so that they will email me the digital copies, and after 24 hours they told me I have to take photos again and pay again.... And the person there doesn't even try to help... She won't even talk ..I finally called customer service and they called them and finally received the refund. Event though I was trying to be nice to her, she won't even respond properly."

"I had me and my parents pictures taken for passport and the african-american guy in the photo lab told me to pick up pictures next day. I went there next day and he tells me the pictures are lost and are not in the system. This is ridiculous. Not sure if he understands the meaning of customer service. So careless and disappointing."

"Didn’t have a good experience. I had the files on my phone but the system here is pretty slow and doesn’t connect. A simple QR code would’ve been helpful. Simple 2 page print out was estimated 35mins when I ordered and I had to wait more than 35mins past the estimated time. I had to reach out to the manager and ask if the prints are done and her response wasn’t great. No one really addressed me, nor was there anyone to hear me out. Not sure what they were doing to get a 2 page print out. At least a proper reception would’ve been better. When I’ve asked that it’s been 45 mins past the estimated time, all I heard from the manager is “it’s estimated time, not promised time.” Extremely dissatisfied with the service."
