"No place is perfect, but Springhouse gives you what you need and a lot more. The facilities are very well maintained by professionals, the community is quiet and friendly, the property management is very responsive to both community concerns and maintenance requests. I've paid as much in rent for smaller apartments (we live in a 2BR, the 1BR are a little on the smaller side) that definitely weren't as nice. Functional fireplace, spacious kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer. Furthermore, the current property manager has a clear ResLife background, which has resulted in there being a good number of little events and mixers (a recent pool party, for example) to meet your neighbors at. This is a good place to get into, for sure. If you're reading reviews mentioning the non-responsive office, that issue appears to have been resolved. The only issue I've had is that some of the equipment in the apartments isn't the highest possible grade, but with a maintenance team that is so responsive, that hasn't really been a significant problem."
"This complex is definitly the worst one I've ever lived in. They only allow Suite Solutions wifi in their apartments for starters. This wifi is absurdly overpriced, extremely poor quality, and the customer service with Suite Solutions is nonexistent. We can't even stream Netflix on this internet for $50/month. The lines on their parking lot are so worn they might as well not even be there. Everybody parks spread out and there aren't any spaces available late at night. If you work in the hospitality industry and you get home late, you'll be walking 10min to your apartment, paying extra every month for your own spot, or getting towed for parking in the wrong place. They have extremely limited and poorly labeled guest parking as well, so your guests are liable to be towed with no warning too. The apartments themselves are lackluster. Too expensive for what you get. Our fridge and freezer are missing shelves, that we've asked to receive several times but never have. The lights in the bathroom flicker a lot. I also brought this issue to the attention of maintenance, to no avail. There have been several times I went to the office to pick up packages during normal office hours and nobody was even in the building to help me. The garden plots are nice, as are the outdoor areas on the property, but those are the only selling points this complex has."

"When I first toured I was immediately impressed with not only the property manager but with maintenance as well who were hard at work around the complex and the grounds. I'm new but felt very good about my move Jonathon the Asst property manager has been extremely helpful with no questions or concerns left unanswered. So far so good here. It’s quiet and comfortable. "I was looking for apartments and considered spring house. I’m so glad I didn’t. After reviewing their contracts they have a clause about posting negative reviews and will fine tenets for it. Instead of looking to improve their business by reviews and problems current tenants have they rather just fine tenants and make them take their reviews down. They have also paid tenants to post good reviews for them. They are trying to maintain an image that doesn’t actually match their business quality. They have also been known to change policies for parking, maintenance, and other services without notifying tenants. I know someone that got a vehicle towed because they changed the visitor parking spots without announcing the change or clearly marking it. Then, when the situation was brought to managements attention the tenant got a “not my problem” attitude."
