"Predatory, raised my interest rate to almost 29% even though I was never late and have a 760 credit score. I closed the card and made arrangements to pay the balance at a lower interest. I still get collections calls day and night even though I am making the payments. Finally had to block the number to have some peace. If I could rate them zero stars I would as 1 star is too high of a rating. Sad that United Community Bank uses them for their credit card. If I had known I wouldn't have done it and changed banks Elan is awful and frustrating to even deal with customer service and then sometimes have to deal with foreign chat service that I can't even understand their broken English. Have I mentioned how awful my experiences have been with this company? Awful!"

"Had a Visa from this company for many years with little to no complaints, until this 2023 Holiday season. I mailed in my payment (I still use checks) 2 weeks prior to the due date and it wasn't applied. I got hit with a late fee and an interest fee. After I messaged them, I got the fees removed and was told to stop payment on the check due to it being lost. However they found my check 1 week later and tried cashing it. When I confronted them with this, I was told the check wasn't cashed and no amount was put on my account. But my online account clearly had the payment posted. Two days later the payment was reversed and ANOTHER fee was applied for the stopped check. Their representative told me to stop payment, and I am punished for listening to them. Communication is a joke. You have to log into your online account to receive communication, no email notifications of a message. Recommend going through another company."

"They are making me pay a late fee. I made a mistake with my budget. And called them immediately about this. They said I will get a late fee because the payment is late but my payments have never been late in my lifetime. I called back and asked again for them to waive the late fee and they said no. They can't even help a person that has had an excellent account with them that made a mistake one time. Very disappointed with them and may be closing my accounts with them. They came through for me and dropped all of the fees. I'm very grateful for their help and understanding"

"If I could give them no stars I would. Even with very good credit they will start you off low. Customer support is sub par. After 7 months of good payments I was decline for an increase for low usage. If you give me a card at $500 limit I won't use more than $175 to stay under 30% usage as I understand the credit system. I was declined my increase so I could actually use my card with a reasonable limit. Their reason is because I don't use the card enough ( unsatisfactory performance). I plan to close this UNSATISFACTORY card if that decision is overturned. I for one am very disappointed in the company and disappointed ENT would partner with such a sub part credit company."
