"They say everything is bigger and better in Texas. Clearly not the USCIS service center. 372 days since my husband filed I-130 petition and still counting. No way to reach out the USCIS office or get any update on the case. Keeping families apart for such a long time without even enabling people to get any sort of update is inhumane. How is that fair to American citizens and their lawful family members? Other service centers are way more efficient. Take a look at Nebraska. What’s wrong with you guys?"

"It deserves the award for worst customer service in the whole world. I tried calling them and they told me they don’t know anything about my case. The documents have their number written on them in case I need help regarding my case and they are the only people who can help me with my case. They told me they don’t know anything and can’t help me. I don’t know what to do now and where to get information regarding my case. The backlog’s understandable but not answering the questions and just trying to disconnect the calls without answering is really unprofessional. We call for help and that’s what the customer support is hired for. Atleast tell the next process or places where the people can ask for help."

"Thank you for your commitment and zeal in analyzing all the processes. I would, however, like to beg the analysis of my case. My husband already had the I-131 approved almost 60 days ago, and mine still has no forecast. I'm with my father, who has cancer in an advanced stage, in Brazil and I'd really like to be able to visit him as soon as possible. I have a lot of faith to get this approval, and God will help me!"
