"I went there to get medication for an emergency at 12:30 pm, they ask me to wait 20 minutes while they prepare it. I waited for 45 minutes so I asked before they close for lunch. They told me they were actually closing and I should come later. Apparently, they forgot about me so they told me they would cancel the order and decided to close the window on my face right after I asked for my prescription to go to another pharmacy. Is not the first time having these issues at this location. Never will come back."
""Robert" should never be allowed in customer service. I had asked for retake of my passport photo. He denied saying "I don't feel like it", not in a polite way. Very rude of him."
"I came in to buy a few items and I noticed the male employee up front came around and was enthusiastically greeting everyone as they walked by and also said goodbye when they left. This was nice to see. When I walked over to check out I wasn't greeted at all and there was no smile on his face. As other people walked past me while I was checking out he greeted them. 10 seconds before I walked out he went out of his way to yell across the room to say goodbye to a lady and as I walked out passed him he decided to say nothing. I won't be coming back."
"Agree to earlier comment. Edward is crazy person with very rude attitude. I had bad experiences with him in the past many a times and I left going to the store again. Such person can never be a part of services. Trash him."
"Rude and crazy manager Edward. CVS should fire him if they really care about customer service. He hid inside with the camera and denied service with the pretext of misplacing camera. Kept me stranded with family for more than an hour. One of the few bad people I met on this earth."
