"Just renewed for a second year! Nice, clean apartment. Never have trouble with bugs. Responsive maintenance men. We never hear our neighbors and most of them have dogs and young kids. Courtyards hidden from the road and parking lot, make a great place for kids to play."

"Moved in Aug. 26th 2022. Moved out Feb. 26th 2023. Management has sent our early termination fees to a debt collection agency, lying about the amount we owe. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Not to mention when my family and I were moving out, our apartment was broken into. They did nothing about this but charge us more."

The maintenance has always been great and very quick to come by when you call anything in even if it is something small. We love it here!"

I've never had any issues with anything here. It's been a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone. The ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. They're very quick and efficient in getting things done. The maintenance men are also wonderful and always friendly as well as efficient. I love it here and will probably renew my lease again next year. I highly recommend!"
