Update: signed another year lease. Although Liz is no longer here, David and Chad are phenomenal in managing the apartments and Ray is the best maintenance professional ever!"

"My experience living in a 3 bedroom appartment at the Slate was great. The ample space in the appartment and all the appliences that come with, make the apartment cozy and confortable. These appartments are pet friendly, when we lived there I could take my puppy to many walks and feel safe while walking. We also enjoy many of their amenities like: pool, pool table, Gym, carwash, grills, and the dog park. The Slate location was perfect for getting aquainted to the main stores near to the appartments. Management are very efficient and accessibility for being able to respond to your issues in a timely manner. I would recomend to live in this place."

"This apartment is great. Everyone is responsive and quick. The staff and everyone here are nice and helpful. They always have coffee and tea available in the kitchen. Sometimes they do things like bring cookies and coffee, etc. They offered a gift wrapping station for Christmas too. Lots of wrapping paper, tape, cute labels, and really anything you could need. Recommend."

"Parking for building 7 sucks, there are people who are allowed to double park and take up parking spots and we just have to deal with it and park 2 buildings down. The other morning my car was blocked in by Swat and K-9 unit for a raid and I was late to work. There was two other times several police was here looking for someone. Building 7 always smells like weed. I will NOT be renewing my lease here. I pay too much monthly to have to put up with this. The end of my lease cannot come fast enough."
