"The Woods is a very nice, quiet complex. The landscaping is breathtaking. Laundry facilities are kept clean amd the pool is a great place to hang out without all the rif-raff at the public pools. The office staff are especially helpful! Made a great decision when I moved here last summer!"

"I like The Woods because it’s quiet, the maintenance team is on point when it comes to emergency repairs,the office staff is also very friendly and great neighbors but, I give them 3 stars because of the Water bill. I feel like it’s a ripoff because it doesn’t matter how many people you have in your Unit and how much water you use, they just choose an amount to charge you monthly. I live with my 6 years old kid just the two of us, no washer and dryer in our unit and I don’t use the dishwasher because I prefer to wash dishes the old fashion way yet I’m paying a 70$ to 94$ for Water monthly ??? This month my water bill is $94, so every month it’s going up just for taking shower? It’s just me and a kid in this place this is ridiculous! I’m wondering how much it will be next month, Other than that it’s an okay place to leave but I’m not sure about renewing my lease. They should give everyone their water account this is unacceptable."

While The Woods Apartments offer a plethora of wonderful amenities, I must acknowledge the playground's current condition. During the tour, it became apparent that the playground could use a little attention and improvements to match the overall excellence of the complex. However, I remain hopeful that the management, known for their attentiveness, will address this matter and elevate the playground to the same high standards as the rest of the community. As a prospective resident who has only toured the apartment, I can confidently say that The Woods Apartments have left a lasting positive impression on me. The well-kept grounds, warm and helpful property manager, pet-friendly atmosphere, and inviting pool area make this community a promising haven for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. "I love these apartments. Everyone is nice, especially the community. It’s close to stores so you can walk to meijer, kohl’s, etc. The prices for a 1 bedroom deluxe is definitely worth it, very spacious. It’s a quite neighborhood which I like. And, if there’s a problem with something in your apartment, they send somebody within an hour. They have a pool, it’s pretty nice, it’s clean. The perimeter of the whole facility is very clean. There are people who come out to trim the trees, brushes, grass, almost every 2-3 weeks. These apartments are great for people who have no credit and looking for their first apartment."
