"Love it here! Feels like home and super cozy! My son loves it here cause he has friends he goes to school with that live in the Townhomes. So it makes it easy and safe for him to play and enjoy his friends close to home. Also close to shopping and schools in case you need to walk to them. Great neighbors! Feel safe in the area as well. The office ataff and maintenance are AWESOME!"

"My family and I have been a resident at Oak Park Townhomes for two years now, and we absolutely love living there! The ladies in the office were so helpful with the move in process and are always so friendly. Any time an issue comes up, they are quick to fix it, even after hours when I locked myself out of my house. They are really good with the upkeep of the townhomes, and have even upgraded my kitchen with a new backsplash. I definitely recommend living in Oak Park!"

"Oak Park feels like home! It’s close to so many things including Jeff high. The office ladies are so kind and they always answer the phone. I’ve had trouble at other apartments where they never answer the phone but every time I’ve called during business hours they answer or they have a answering service; either way I’m always able to talk to someone if needed! Maintenance is super quick and gets things done within the day usually! I’d definitely recommend these townhomes"

"I was given the keys a few weeks ago and although I have yet to move in the staff has been very nice and helpful. I still live in Richmond, Ky. and Yesterday August 31, I drove to the unit and realized there was nowhere for me to park. I walk with a cane, this might poise a problem for me. hmmm...just wondering why spaces aren't marked for persons who live in the townhomes. I am moving from a home with a garage, to a place without dedicated parking spaces. Maybe the owners will consider giving people dedicated spaces to park. I gave 4 stars because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff."
