"Our aching backs told us we needed a new mattress, so we reluctantly started shopping for a king size, hoping we wouldn't experience sticker shock. Our first stop was Miracle Mattress, which we often saw in this shopping center. The salesperson was friendly and informative without being pushy. We tried out several mattresses and finally picked one we liked that featured the remote control feature to raise and vibrate the mattress. At first the lack of warranty gave us pause, because we usually prefer to get one when buying pricier items, but when we compared these overstock prices to several stores on the Internet, the bargain price was too good to pass up. The store even threw in several freebies such as king-sized pillows, free delivery, and some other giveaway items that made us smile, such as baseball caps and slippers. Unlike our horrible experience with Ashley Furniture, the Miracle Mattress folks delivered the next day and on time! They also hauled away our old mattress, and everything was handled seamlessly. I intentionally waited several months after our purchase to write this review to make sure nothing went wrong with the mattress, but it works great, helps me fall asleep instantly, and is the first luxury mattress we've ever owned but within our budget. We talked to two different sales people and the owner, and they were all friendly, helpful, and patient with our many questions. Thank you for a five-star shopping experience and for making our beautiful new luxury mattress affordable!"
