"Went in to waste some time while the fam was shopping. Been looking at LoveSac since they started and only sold beanbags. I was extremely impressed with the new direction of the company and more impressed with the layout of the showroom and my salesperson, V. She was young so I wasn’t expected to be sold or even her level of knowledge to be able to sway me. I was wrong, she completely answered every question I asked with full competence and enthusiasm. Not only did she work with me, but the work continued over the next few days through unsolicited text messages and calls, started by myself. Lo and behold V was able to complete my complex order, plus we upgraded to much of the products that are available for our needs. If it weren’t for V, we would not have made this purchase, point blank! She is a rockstar!!"

"We don’t have good experience at other Lovesac stores, but we went different store for look the couches. The employees were not professional, when we asked her about quotes, her face was like annoyed. After we purchased $5500 couches, she said “thank you “ during looking at her pc when we leave the store. We are not royal custom, but they need to respect to customers. It seem like the other employees were talking about us in the store. I think the company need to customer service training for all employees."
