The floor that was replaced seemed to still be weak. Water damage on walls, no screens in windows. Don’t ever return phone calls. Never in the office."

"My mom was told an apt would be Available January and told her to give a deposit to “hold it” but they never told her when it would be ready and they aren’t answering her calls, voicemails and she’s even gone up to the office numerous times and nobody was ever there. She tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because the reviews were years old. But don’t be fooled. They have not changed and just want to take your money. Listen to the other reviews!"

"big revolving door of tenants in and out. property not kept up or kept clean. owner does not enforce any rules. maintenance is lacking. Owner has a reputation. Please beware. always get copies of your lease and rent receipts. send a copy of your notice to vacate by certified mail and take thorough pictures when you move out."

"When we moved in on what I think was a special at the time. (Less than 500) We thought it was going to be a great deal! Finally an opportunity to save money. Do not be pulled into this place, the money you think you will be saving will go into heat/cooling the place because it is insulated like an old barn. It stays hot in the summer and cold in the winter every day. If you do not have any pets, don't worry the place comes with furry friends. You will have all the cute little mice that your heart can stand. That raises your limit on groceries. I am quite certain they add all the water usage together and divide it between the tenants because our water bill is always so high even the month we were not home and traveled to see a dying family member and stayed for the funeral. So you're welcome neighbors, I guess it's not too terrible to pay for the water you washed with. Ask for a receipt or something signed every month you pay. Keep that paper proof because they WILL take your money and claim no payment. Just do yourself a favor, pay that extra bit to live somewhere else."

"SCAM SCAM !!!! Alyson circle is running a scam. They want the deposit up front they will say apartments are going fast tell you , they can hold the apartment for 14 days but they need the $525 deposit. Once they get the deposit I noticed they cashed it instantly. Weeks will go by then months and they will lie & lie about the apt needing cleaning or inspection. And when you’ve cut your lease at your old apt and staying with someone no where to live , you realize after asking for deposit back alyson circle say it’s (non refundable) it’s a SCAM & they will block your number and never respond again."
