"All stores are clean, well stocked, and well priced. They have just about anything a pharmacy /store should have. However, I've had very different experiences in each. MADISON ST. open 24 hrs. Only one in town. I've been there late at night and they've always been nice and quick. Love that after an ER visit! FT CAMPBELL BLVD store by DODGES UPSIDE : They have great prices, huge selections, and stock every medication known to man.. DOWNSIDE looooong lines at pharmacy and extreme wait times on the phone. RARELY get an actual person iess than 20+ minutes of hold time. They lost the personal touch when they took over Rite Aid pharmacy customers base but corporate didn't see the need increase the staff. It's always crowded, they're always busy and Seems like an assembly line now instead of a neighborhood pharmacy like they once were. TINY TOWN RD : my personal favorite. Didn't get as impacted by the Rite Aid buyout. Still friendly, not as long wait times, and the Staff actually remembers the regulars and greets by name. This is something the ft Campbell Blvd store by Dodges has lost...They're too busy just keeping up that they've lost the ability to actually interact on any level."
