Dunlop Pharmacy

"This is a review for the services they offer inside (Dunlop Pharmacy)for Identigo. They currently don't have signage outside,road side on the plaza sign but they are located inside of the Pharmacy.You can schedule your appointment online,in and out services. The pharmacy is nice as well,small but a really nice store. Considering changing simply to avoid long lines, at large retailers,have more of a need for simplicity. It's clean in the store and reminds me of a mom and pop pharmacy. The lady who does the photographs and finger printing is also a pharmacist too. Oh ladies, make sure to wear your makeup you will take a photo when you do your finger prints the website doesn't provide that information."

"Great small-town pharmacy feel... I transferred my prescriptions here from a larger, chain pharmacy because it's close to my home. I'd never used a smaller, privately owned pharmacy before. And I LOVE it. The pharmacist is always helpful & friendly. They've been willing to order a medication from a different vendor than they usually use to accommodate my needs/request. On one occasion with my sick child on a Saturday very near their closing time, there was a problem with the doctor's office sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. My daughter felt miserable but we were waiting while the pharmacist worked with the doctor's office. He noticed my puny daughter sitting in my lap and he encouraged me to take her home so she could rest & be more comfortable. I was worried because they were supposed to close in 10 minutes... he assured me that he would stay until they received & filled my daughter's meds & allow me time to get back to get them. And that's exactly what he did. I was able to take her home, put her in bed, and he called about 10 min later to tell me I could come get her meds... even though it was about 15-20 min past closing time. He also ALWAYS greets me by name, even on the phone. I don't know if the have a caller ID system or someway that saves my name with my number, but he even answers the phone with my name when I call (and I only call about once every 1-3 months)! I'm very impressed with the care my family receives."
