"Rude staff. Would not refill my medication of the same prescription I’ve gotten for the past 6 months claiming the wrong one was sent over and ended up leaving without getting my necessary medication that I need to keep me stable."

"This pharmacy literally never alerts me when my prescription is ready! I’ve registered my number several times in person. The other day I came in to get my prescription a day after it was called in. The guy said they were actually working on it then and if I could wait for 10-15 minutes. I waited. Why when I went back to the register, he said they are actually out of stock??????? Come back tomorrow??? So what did I wait for??? He had no answers for me. Prior to this, they always say they didn’t receive my medicine, so I’ve had to start calling them ahead of time. Somehow when I tell them the doctor’s name that sent the prescription in, they find it in the system. Then, they make me wait another day to fill it. Major inconvenience! I will be going to Walmart from now on."

"They have the most rudest people who seem to know nothing about the customer nor when any prescription could be or would be available. They do NOT communicate with you and if you ask questions they are mad that you’re asking about your prescription which is so weird to me. If I could give them a 0 stars I would."

"Prescription and duplicate profile error made by pharmacy staff causing medication to not be covered by insurance. Staff advised they were “calling the help desk” but I still haven’t been able to get prescription filled without paying the $400 cash price. Staff was rude and not helpful at all despite the mistake being made by them in the first place."
